                                Indiana University's Bloomington office of 
Community Outreach and Partnerships in Service-Learning (COPSL) seeks an 
academic specialist/lecturer to direct several existing programs and work with 
the new minor in the College of Arts and Sciences.  Primary responsibilities 
include recruitment, training, and supervision of Advocates for Community 
Engagement (ACEs), undergraduate liaisons to the community; Assist with work of 
the COAS minor, Leadership, Ethics, and Social Action, including teaching a 
service-learning class each semester; Coordinate Alternative Spring Break 
courses; Work with community organizations to develop service sites for 
service-learners; Coordinate special projects and functions, i.e. recognition 
events, technical assistance workshops; Assist in new initiatives at COPSL; 
Assist with local, state, and national presentations about COPSL and 
service-learning. 

                                Graduate degree required. Salary $35,000.
