Learning from Real Service

Everyone,
As we sit quietly or talk to our students (with or without ribbons), we should
remember those members of the New York City Fire and Police Department who lost
their lives providing the ultimate service.
Interestingly, the crews who are working at "ground zero" have tied, taped, and
stapled American flags to their vehicles. How sad to think they don't listen to
NPR and know the real truth.
Yes, I am angry. No, I don't mean to hurt anyone's feelings. This is just too
serious and too close to home. Sorry.
