There is a ton of info.  The place to start is with the Argyris book, Action
Science.  The other place to start is a wonderful website organized and
monitored by Bob Dick at Southern Cross University which is in Australia.
He puts together a great bibliography on AR which he updates regularly.  The
website is www.scu.edu.au/schools/gcm/ar/arp/books.html

The other thing to do is use a search engine and put in Action Research.
there will be lots of stuff.
