Writing class themed around people living with disabilities

Hello!
            We are working on a Writing course that is based on fiction and 
non-fiction works written by and about people living with disabilities.  We are 
currently trying to find example syllabi on how to integrate service learning 
into the class.  If  you have any resources or suggestions for this class 
please feel free to e-mail me and am willing to share any ideas with other 
people who are interested.
