I would like to introduce to you a friend and colleague, Tetsuo Kuramoto.
Tetsuo is PhD. candidate in Japan focusing on service-learning and he needs
your help. He is working on a research project for his PhD. program and
needs to survey service-learning practitioners here in the United States.
There is one survey geared for administrators and a second is directed
to teachers. Neither will take more than just a few minutes. He would greatly
your participation. I have posted his note and the links to the online
surveys below.

I am conducting a survey to learn more about the service-learning program in your school and schools throughout the nation. Service-learning is the joining of communities and schools to administer some sort of service to the community. (e.g. helping the homeless, conservation projects, disaster relief, caring for the elderly, school to work programs, etc.)
Your cooperation in completing the survey would be greatly appreciated. Wherever possible, I would like to ask the school principal / teacher / curriculum coordinator / service-learning coordinator to each complete the survey.
