Hi Gail,

The National Service Resource Center's effective practices collection has a
practice that you might find interesting;

It's called "Using a song to teach rules to new AmeriCorps members" and
describes how trainers from the Oregon Commission on Volunteer Action and
Service teach a song written by their executive director to the tune of
Woody Guthrie's "This Land is Your Land."
