The East Bay Conservation Corps (EBCC) seeks a dynamic professional to join the agency’s AmeriCorps team.  The Tutorial Assistance Grant (TAG) Service-Learning Team Leader is responsible for assisting the TAG Coordinator in running our TAG in partnership with the Oakland Unified School District and for developing and coordinating all aspects of service-learning and training for tutors and participants in the TAG After-School Program.  In addition, acts as point person for 3 to 5 VISTA members in support of their immediate supervisor, the TAG Coordinator.  This is a part-time position of 20 hours per week.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) and two years related experience and/or training in project supervision and/or implementation, teaching, on-the-job training or conservation corps programs.  Must have experience working with people of diverse backgrounds and ages and knowledge of and the ability to teach team player skills.

Salary: $16.62 - $20.19/hour.
