community art s-l funding

I'm searching for funding sources  for service-learning projects in
community arts.  Specifically, I'm looking for funders who allow for service
learning in the community between higher ed, afterschool programs and other
community partners and do not require the K-12 school component.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
