Volunteer Policies

Dear Service-Learning Colleagues,
This past week I got a rather large memo on what the law is in regards to 
volunteers.  Now that I have read that, I am looking for other schools policies 
regarding volunteers.  What types of waivers do your students sign?  Do you do 
background checks on your volunteers that work with minors?  In general what 
are your policies?
