Summary: Human Subjects and IRB

Greetings,
Many of you asked me to share the collection of responses to my question about 
how SL classes interface with IRB requirements.  See attached.

There seems to be quite an array of perspectives and approaches to the IRB 
dilemma.  There are strong precedents out there worth noting.
