Can we also be sure that if a reply is meant for a single person, that we
e-mail those replies to that person only instead of to the whole listserv.
This will also cut down greatly on unnecessary traffic.
Thanks.

Subject: Is Mudslinging a form of Spam?

People of the list,

I am truely tired of all the purile point scoring over this issue, a lot of
good comment has gone up in smoke so to speak because of the clutter. Can
we not limit the "conversations" to a maximum of say 10 days?

I had 83 mails on my list tonight after an absence of 1 day and most of it
was this stuff.

Anyway to answer another question, the reason i was away from the list for
the day was that my machine was also "frozen out" which is the result of
one of two things according to my service provider

A) The transfer or attachment of a too large file,

B) Te appending of a HTML file that is not accepted by your system. EG. I
use currently Win 95 with Internet Mail (as distinct from other mail
software) and this wont handle HTML or very large files such as video or
some photo montage files.

I hope this helps.

As a lot of people are deleting as soon as they see the word Mudslinging
maybe I should post the last part of this seperately.

Nighty night from downunder.
