I am happy to announce that the New England Resource Center for Higher
Education's (NERCHE) Program on Faculty Professional Service, and
Providence College are supporting a listserv for those
interested in faculty professional service, i.e., the involvement
of faculty, individually and collectively, in community service.
It is an opportunity for people to ask questions
and share ideas about institutional policies and structures that might
endorse and encourage faculty community service and reward faculty for
their service.
