I've heard that Gay Brack at Arizona State U. directs a program that very
successfully integrates an electronic discussion component with an English
102/tutoring service learning internship. Her email is
IEGWB@ASUVM.INRE.ASU.EDU. And a place called Ziff Davis University offers an
on-line course "building an on-line community" that's supposed to be excellent
and cheap. Their URL is http://www.zdu.com/
