GRAD REQUIREMENTS FOR SERVICE-LEARNING

Please accept my apology if this question has already been asked
recently and I missed it!   I would appreciate any information on
requiring service-learning for graduation from your institution if you
have such a program.   Specifically, I looking for hours required,
options for students, and the program is monitored and administered.
