Partnership Draft Document

Any suggestions regarding examples of partnership draft documents prepared
by community agencies when linking with partners (e.g., higher education,
school district, public sector) would be greatly appreciated.  Specifically,
I'm looking for drafts defining agencies' approaches to collaboration,
