ASSISTANT DIRECTOR, LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT 

St. Norbert College is seeking a candidate for the Assistant  
Director of Leadership Development. SNC, a Catholic, liberal  
arts college in the Norbertine tradition, was founded in 1898,  
enrolls about 2,000 full time undergraduate students, and has  
been recognized for its outstanding leadership program. The  
campus is located on the Fox River, minutes from Green Bay, and  
is less than 3.5 hours from Chicago, Madison and Milwaukee. 

The Assistant Director of Leadership Development is responsible  
for student leadership development for a primarily  
undergraduate, residential, traditional aged student population  
and for advising student government. This position reports to  
the Associate Director of Leadership and Service, and works  
closely with the Campus Center/LSI team of seven professional  
staff and 15+ student interns.   

 RESPONSIBILITIES: 
- Support student development and the departmental philosophy by 
 serving as primary coordinator, trainer, and facilitator  
responsible for student leadership development on campus. 
- Provide leadership training and development opportunities  
(workshops, materials, etc.) for a variety students and student  
groups. 
- Coordinate leadership programs, i.e., Norbertine Leadership  
and Service Awards, leadership conference, Scholars in  
Residence, Emerging Leaders. 
- Hire, supervise and train two student interns. 
- Advise the Student Government Association. 
- Advise the Student Activity Fee Committee and process 
- Develop and maintain current leadership development resources  
for students, faculty and staff. 
-Serve on college and Student Life committees 

QUALIFICATIONS 
The preferred candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree; 2  
years of student activities/leadership development experience;  
facilitation and training experience; and the willingness to  
contribute to the College mission. Master's in related field  
desirable.

ASSISTANT DIRECTOR STUDENT ORGANIZATION DEVELOPMENT

SNC is seeking applications for the Assistant Director of 
Student Organization Development, responsible for providing
resources and services for student organizations and advisors; 
co- advising student programming board and social service
organizations; and developing training and development systems 
for over 70 student organizations. Bachelor's degree, 2 years
of student activities or related experience, and facilitation 
and training experience required. Master's in related field and
experience working with Greek Letter organizations and 
programming board preferred.
