Coordinator-Leadership Development Program, Office of Student Life

The Program Coordinator-Leadership Development in the Office of Student Life is 
responsible for developing, publicizing, implementing, and assessing leadership 
programs and opportunities for students and student organizations; 
administering existing programs; advising student led planning committees; 
developing web-based training and resources related to leadership; and 
initiating partnerships with other programming units.  

Bachelor's degree required with two years related experience or Master's degree 
in Student Personnel/Higher Education Administration or related field.  
Experience in student programming, event planning, and leadership development 
preferred.  Excellent interpersonal communication and administrative skills are 
essential.  

Position available on or about July 1, 2003.  Salary range is upper 20s / lower 
30s and is commensurate with qualifications and experience. Additional benefits
