interdisciplinary SL courses on social justice???

Dear all:  

I'm an SL director, with 7social science faculty who want to create an
interdisciplinary, upper division, SL course on social justice -- they are
from Env Studies, Sociology, Psychology, Gerontology, Women's Studies,
Economics and Government.  We wish to build upon accumulated wisdom, so
please share what you know about such courses.  Syllabi would be fantastic!
