National Hispanic Environmental Council To Hold 8th Annual Conf. April
5-8, 2003. Student "Travel Scholarships" Now Available.

The National Hispanic Environmental Council (NHEC) is pleased to
announce that it is accepting applications from college students (in
a wide variety of disciplines related to the environment, natural
resources, agriculture, and energy) interested in receiving a "Travel
Scholarship" to their upcoming "8th Annual National Hispanic
Sustainable Energy & Environmental Conference", to be held April 5-8,
