Are you a director, manager,
program officer or direct service provider? Have you ever asked "How can I
better include service members and volunteers with disabilities in my program?"
If yes, please join us for one of our upcoming cluster workshops on the
inclusion of individuals with disabilities in national and community service.
We are all committed to the inclusion of individuals with disabilities as
active service members and volunteers. To do this successfully, we need to be
equipped with the best tools and strategies to conduct effective recruitment,
design accommodating environments, create welcoming settings and understand our
legal responsibilities.

AmeriCorps, AmeriCorps*VISTA, Senior Corps, Learn and
Serve America staff members and grantees are all strongly encouraged to attend!
There is no charge for the cost of the workshops. Materials, lunch and
refreshments will be included. Attendees are responsible for travel, any
additional meals and lodging costs. Presentations, including expert speakers,
networking opportunities and plenty of activities to apply skills will be
conducted within the agenda.
