Per the previous message regarding the Center providing subgrants to local
partnerships.  The Campus Compact Community College must be officially
designated as a Tribal Community College as opposed to a Tribal Serving
Community College.  The Hispanic Serving Community College must be 
officially
designated as a Hispanic Serving Institution (HSI). For more information,
