upcoming Presidential elections, what role can young people have in the 
voting process?  How can young people be involved in the voting process?  
How can they successfully get their voice heard in political related 
discussions and decision making processes?

Topic: Diversity  How can diversity better the decision making process?  
What are effective ways to enable diversity to provide the most benefit?  
How can you recognize and celebrate diversity in your organization or 
community?

Topic: Youth Leadership and Decision Making  One of the Goals for the 
Presidents’ Summit for America’s Future was providing young 
people with marketable skills.  Can this goal be met by fostering youth 
leadership and allowing young people to participate actively?  What role 
can young people play in decision making?  How much power should young 
people have in decision making  in org.’s and communities?
