The European Affective Education Network, which was
established in the University of Warwick (UK) in 1994, has an
interdisciplinary membership of scholars, researchers and
practitioners interested in the "affective" dimension of the
educational process, and serves as a platform for the
presentation and discussion of both scholarly and more
practical work on students' personal, social, moral, cultural
