generating enthusiasm for S-L

Greetings S-L Experts!

If you had only 30 minutes to talk to 200 of your faculty (both graduate &
undergraduate - but mostly undergraduate), about S-L, what would you cover
and how would you accomplish it?

It's my goal to (1) generate enthusiasm for incorporating S-L into the
curriculum (2) help faculty realize it is not something that can "just be
added on" to what is already there, (3) help them realize it is not
something where they can just plunk students in the community and say "go
do a project," and (4) present a caveat about liability issues.

Any recommendations, ideas, resources, insight is appreciated!
