The Points of Light Foundation is holding a national training seminar in
Washington DC on August 21-22, 1998 "Agencies + Schools = Service-Learning".
Through its Communities As Places of Learning initiative, the Foundation has
learned that effective partnerships between schools and agencies are critical
to the success of service-learning programs. Whether you are an educator or
work in a community-based agency this workshop will help you develop skills to
create effective service-learning partnerships. Space is limited to 30
