Job Announcement -- Operations/Information Manager (available immediately)
Campus Outreach Opportunity League (COOL)
COOL is a national non-profit organization that promotes and supports
involvement in community service and social change, by helping students
start and strengthen campus-based community service programs. Our mission
is to educate and empower students to strengthen our nation through
community service.
Position: Operations/ Information Manager (available immediately)
resumes accepted through July 25 or until position is filled
Responsibilities:
* Management of organizational finances including accts payable/receivable
* Track all grant expenditures- compile foundation budget reports
* Monthly financial reports/ cash flow analysis
* Manage day to day operations of office
* Maintain COOL information and COOL Press inventories
* Design, production and distribution of Quarterly Newsletter
* Process all requests for information and orders for COOL Press/ Gear
Qualifications: Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting program,
Computer Literate, Business or Accounting classes a plus, Strong oral and
written comm. skills.
Salary: Mid to low 20's + benefits
