good morning John Eby. Out of the CIC Institute on Service-Learning two
years ago, a small band of religious colleges requested and received some
funds from a foundation to study the extent of S-L on these campuses. Rusty
Garth at CIC knew about this and I only heard about it by word of mouth. And
never saw a paper or result. Rusty is on vacation now, but give him a call
when in a week or so and find out who this was. Cliff Briggs at one time
was working on a similar idea.....
Curious about your reactions to the Journey to Service-Learning publication.
My prediction was that it would be pretty much neglected for it suggests
some comprehensive directions that are very difficult for most of us to
charge into. Thanks again for your very fine contribution to this
publication.
