Learn & Serve question - writing evaluation plans

I'm working on an evaluation plan for the Learn & Serve program.  One of the
steps suggested by the process I'm following is find out from your
stakeholders (participants, beneficiaries, collaborators, etc.) what kind of
results will be of interest to them.

I'm interested to hear from other Learn & Serve programs as well as other
service-learning folks

1) how you found out what results would be of interest to your stakeholders

2) what kinds of results / answers they wanted

3) how you incorporated that into the plan.
