Enticing Article for New Faculty?
10 July 2002 13:23 UTC
Hello,
A faculty member at Bowdoin College is planning on putting together a
packet about service learning for new faculty members. This packet is
something they'll receive when they arrive on campus. He is also
planning on meeting with each of them (post packet) to see if they are
interested in learning more and brainstorming possible partners and
projects. I was wondering if any of you have an article or document in
your SL "libraries" that will grab the attention of a young faculty
member during those ultra busy, hectic weeks when they are first on
campus and start them thinking about trying SL in one of their new
courses?
I will share results with the list serve.
Thank you,
Lydia Bell
