workshop ideas

I am wondering if anyone has facilitated a workshop designed for members
of campus organizations who are specifically charged to be
"community service chairs" (for general student groups
including greeks.)  
Although this is more along the lines of "service" rather than
service-learning, I thought this might be an avenue to gather ideas about
content for helping these "organizers of service projects" to
provide meaningful opportunities for service to their peers.
