The following service-learning/internship opportunity is being forwarded
by request. Please pass it along to individuals who may be interested.
Contact information is included at the end of the message.

WOLFSONG RANCH FOUNDATION seeks WOLF CARETAKERS for 3-4 month
interships. Wolfsong Ranch is a non-profit rescue facility dedicated to
the care and rehabilitation of abused and abandoned wolves and wolf dogs
that have
been bred privately as pets. Wolf Caretakers are responsible for
feeding and watering wolves, fixing fences and working to maintain the
health and happiness of the animals. Also responsible for giving tours
to visitors and students. Wolfsong Ranch is located in the high desert
of SWoutheast Arizona. This is difficult, challanging work in a very
remote area! But the rewards are tremendous: beautiful high desert
landscape, rewarding work bringing balance to the earth and establishing
unique, compelling and healing relationship with 175 animals including a
mountain lion and other raptor species!

Housing and meals provided. Contact Mary Bellis at Wolfsong Ranch
Foundation.
