As I prepare to sign off this list, I just wanted to let everyone know that I have enjoyed and
benefited from the conversations posted here. I am leaving my position as the Coordinator of
Community Service Programs at the University of South Carolina after five years. I have
accepted a position as Training Consultant at Lexington Medical Center, here in Columbia.
While I typically responded only to individuals directly, observing the discussions has been
most beneficial. Before I leave, I wanted to pass along one way that I found to use the list.
When I see a stream of discussion developing that was of interest to myself or someone I
could identify, I would print out all of the related entries and pass them along to the
appropriate person. This not only enlightened those not on the list, but often provided them
with resource people with whom they could persue further information.
