Hello All..............
Simply, I would like to thank you all for the responces that "new
and in need" has received.
and.........for breaking the ice.............in the fourth month as
volunteer coordinator I have been kind of playing things by ear, so to
speak. A bit hung up on proper lingo I have yet to enter any mail to this
net work, so again, simply the "model" that I have been working with is
inclusive of all, sometimes things work differently than others. Mostly
when a student schedules time here we discuss how Volunteering, S-L, etc.,
would serve as a integral part of there learning experience
rather than their Ed. being a preparation for life.
So basicly I serve as the central connecting point for student and
community agencies.
I f any one has any ways of documenting hours volunteered I would
be interested in something a little more concrete than guestimations at
quarter report time.
