Re: Service-Learning at Faith-Based Colleges and Universities.

A conference on Service-Learning at Faith-Based Colleges and Universities
will be held at Messiah College, Grantham PA, May 28 to 30, 2002. The
conference is funded by the Boyer Center and the Lilly Foundation, Inc. It
is co-sponsored by the Agapé Center for Service and Learning at Messiah
College and the Council for Christian Colleges and Universities.

Participants are invited to submit proposals for papers, presentations and
workshops.

It is anticipated that a broad range of faith-based colleges and
universities will be represented. One purpose of the conference is to test
the possibility of forming a group of colleges and universities to
collaborate in a sustained way to resource and strengthen service-learning
in faith-based colleges and universities and to strengthen partnerships with
faith-based community organizations.
