strategic plan for community service learning

the umass office of community service learning is developing a new strategic 
plan for service-learning on our campus. our staff is interested in other 
models and/or examples of strategic plans in community service learning. if 
your office has a strategic plan that is accessible on-line or if you know of 
good strategic plan models that are easily accessible, please let me know.
