>Submission guidelines
>O Submit 4 copies of each manuscript, including a short abstract, by
>February 15, 2000. Papers will be accepted on an open-call basis but

>O Manuscript page size should be 8 ½ by 11 inches
>O Author(s) should be identified only on the title page to permit
>anonymity throughout the review process
