Brian:
beginning over twenty five years ago years we used a supplemental transcript
for just the purpose you have in mind. We will still occasionally send the
supplemental if it is requested, but we have gotten out of the business as
much as possible because we found that it usually wasn't necessary and that
it created a whole additional set of record keeping. Our system is still
in-place but rarely used. You could get more information about it's
operation by contacting Juanita Serafin in our Records Office.
