Since being advertised on the listserv two weeks ago, the minimum requirements

Position Availability Announcement
Frostburg State University
Project Coordinator - A Star! in Western Maryland - Maryland AmeriCorps
Position has full responsibility to administer the AmeriCorps program in
Western Maryland. Through its constituent agencies, the program provides
direct services to individuals in Allegany and Garrett counties. Individual
serves as liaison between participating members and all levels of government
participation. Responsible for training, program coordination, and review.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree; experience in: supervising
volunteer workers and in training and workshop development; functional
computer literacy skills; experience coordinating various related
administrative functions.
Position is full-time, contractual, available July 1996. The position is for
one year to complete the third year of a 3-year grant. Renewal of grant a
possibility. Salary negotiable to a maximum of $32,500.
