Are you still looking for this kind of information? If so, there is an
agency in San Diego County called Esperanza which runs a home building
program in Tijuana. Groups stay at a dorm-like home there and do house
building during the day, eating and conversing with the families for whom
they are building the homes. This might be a possibility or a model for
any programs you are doing.
